Course Overview
The International Executive Development Programme (IEDP) is the premier Executive Education programme offered by Wits Business School (WBS). Through its international network of global business schools and strategic partner organisations, WBS delivers the ultimate experiential learning experience. This Programme has been delivered by WBS & top international schools for the past 50 years.
The IEDP develops business leaders who drive change, generate opportunity, and provide innovative solutions to global business issues, particularly those that impact the Global African Diaspora and the changing global landscape. The course is aimed at executives who would like to update their knowledge in the changing business landscapes and leverage the network of the various institutions and companies at their resident university (WBS) and three prestigious international institutions.
Course Content
The emphasis of IEDP is a pracademic approach which is weighted on experiential and on-site action learning. In addition, the programme provides participants with international learning exposure through WBS partnerships with top international schools. Learning on the IEDP is highly interactive and is case study-based with group work and networking sessions so that participants can learn as much as possible from each other. You will also learn about yourself by being challenged to examine the assumptions you may have previously held when making decisions and leading people.
