The Management Development Programme aims to equip delegates who are within middle management towards becoming effective managers with the requisite skills and knowledge to improve their management effectiveness in their organisations. To develop a range of management skills thus enabling the effective functioning of managers within South African organisations. The programme is designed to facilitate an understanding of and the ability to integrate and apply the key competencies required for each of the functional areas of business.
