    Course Description

    The MLP programme is designed to aid aspirants and existing managers in the development of their skills in people management and in the leadership of people and teams. Gain a solid grounding in problem-solving, management principals and interpersonal skills to enhance your effectiveness in managing people through delegation, employee development and communication.

    This five-day certificate course is designed to provide managers (or aspiring managers) with a sound set of skills required to effectively manage and lead people at supervisory or first line manager level.
