My experience with the Wits Business School Executive Programme was truly transformational; it fundamentally changed how I think, lead, and show up. It went beyond sharpening my strategic capability; it ignited a deeper, more authentic, and systemic way of leading in complexity. One of the most valuable insights I gained is the importance of self-awareness, understanding my own strengths, limitations and leadership style as a foundation for effectively leading others.
