Completing the Management Advance Programme at WBS challenged me to think beyond conventional boundaries and strengthened my confidence in making decisions without doubting myself or my perspective. It empowered me to strategically position myself in any room and approach leadership with clarity and courage. I would highly recommend this programme to any professional seeking meaningful growth and impact.

I enrolled in the MAP programme as the next step in my career and to get out of my comfort zone. I currently sit in a management position, and the skills I gained during the MAPS programme have influenced my performance in my role; most notably, my understanding of economic and marketing trends in the broader picture. I enjoyed the flexibility of the programme being online and found the assignments thought-provoking. I found working with my syndicate group both enjoyable and beneficial as I was able to network with people in completely different industries from myself, which brought me in contact with new ways of thinking and perspectives. I would recommend this programme to any professional who wants to leave their comfort zone, gain new perspectives, and climb further up the ladder in their career path. I was honoured to be part of the top syndicate group as well as a top achiever in my cohort, being that this was very different from anything I have studied before.
